As a Driver for N&M Transfer, you will be part of a team of professionals that are home every night and do not work on weekends. N&M Transfer specializes in serving the entire state of Wisconsin, all of Upper Michigan, and the Minneapolis and Rochester commercial zones. We have also expanded into Eldridge, Iowa over to Des Moines and also central Illinois to central Indiana.

| Neenah, Wisconsin | Experienced drivers will be required to report to the terminal on a daily basis to be dispatched out of Neenah. Your travels may include Wisconsin, Upper Michigan or Chicago. |
| Baldwin, Wisconsin | Experienced drivers will be required to report to and are dispatched out of the Baldwin terminal on a daily basis. There are two different positions available to drivers out of the Baldwin facility. Peddle Drivers deliver and pick up freight daily in the greater part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul areas. Linehaul Drivers transport freight to the Neenah terminal nightly. |
| Minocqua, Wisconsin | Experienced drivers are domiciled in Minocqua, Wisconsin and are dispatched out of our Neenah, Wisconsin terminal. There are two different positions available to drivers out of the Minocqua facility. Peddle Drivers deliver and pick up freight daily in Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Linehaul Drivers transport freight to the Neenah terminal nightly. |

If your experience behind the wheel is less than one year, N&M Transfer has a Driver Training Program to get you the experience that you need! The Driver Training Program allows employees to advance their employment at N&M Transfer from our dock to the yard then into the Driver Training Program. Working with our staff of Professional Driver Trainers, participants in the program will obtain a Class A CDL and advance into a driving position.
This training is provided at NO COST to the employee, although a two-year employment commitment is required at the start of training. This program provides entry-level employees an excellent advancement opportunity in the transportation industry.
